How do I get started?

It’s easy! Simply select your desired meal plan on either a once off or subscription basis, enter your delivery address or if you'd like to collect it, and we'll do the rest.

What are the order cut off times?

There are no order cut off times. 

When do you deliver?

All NutriQuick orders are delivered every Tuesday to Friday. Once your order has been placed you will receive an email confirming this. 

Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched you will receive an email which will include your DPD tracking number. Please note that once your food has left us, your delivery time is out of our hands, please contact DPD with your tracking number for delivery status. 


Is there a minimum amount for delivery? 

Collections: There is no minimum order for collection at the NutriQuick cafe. 

Delivery: There is a minimum order value of €30

Where can I buy your meals?

NutriQuick meals are available at the NutriQuick cafe in Blessington, Aldi, SuperValu, Centra, Spar, EuroSpar, Londis, XL, Mace and Joyce Supermarket. 

Can I select my meals?

Yes, you can select your meals individually by clicking on 'Healthy Meals' under 'Shop' on the menu bar. We also offer bundles with various products.

How do I cancel my order/ pause my subscription?

Can I collect my order?

Yes, all orders can be collected at the NutriQuick Cafe in Blessington. Select the collect in-store option when checking out. 

Is the packaging recyclable? 

Yes, the cardboard sleeve and plastic lid are recyclable

How do I store my meals?

Keep chilled between 0-5ºC. Do not exceed use by date. If  frozen frozen meal at -18ºC or colder. Once thawed refrigerate and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once thawed.

How do I heat up my meals?

OVEN  

Gas Mark 4  (fan oven 160oC) Remove cardboard sleeve and plastic lid, place meal on a suitable plate or tray and heat from FROZEN for 20-25 mins and from CHILLED 10-15 mins. Always check that the centre of the meal is piping hot.

MICROWAVE

Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places. Place on a microwavable plate. From FROZEN Heat for 6 mins (750W) From CHILLED Heat for 3 mins, stir halfway through cooking time. Stand for 1 min before serving.

How Long will my meals last for? 

Always check the Use By Date before consumption, which is printed on the film. Meals should be delivered with a minimum expiration window of 6 to 9 days, inclusive of the day of delivery. 

Can I Freeze my meals? 

Yes! You can freeze your meals prior to expiration, for up to three months. 

How do the meals stay fresh? 

Only the freshest ingredients are picked before making their way onto our menu. After the chefs have prepared your meals, we use a sealing system called Modified Atmosphere Packing (MAP). Like vacuum sealing, this process removes oxygen from the meals and allows the product to stay fresh naturally for as long as possible.
